I needed my 4 goats and a sheep hauled ASAP. And lo and behold- Liberty Acres delivered. They responded immediately to my inquiry and were extremely sweet and professional on the phone.

I moved to CT but my pets are still in AR so I knew it was going to be hard for me to let someone transport my babies without me being there. But as soon as I spoke to Ann I felt relieved and I knew my guys would be in great hands.

Today was pickup day. I received SO many great pictures which absolutely mean the WORLD to me. They ALWAYS responded within a few minutes of me texting them, never leaving me hanging/worried.

During the loading I was told by my family they were professional, quick, and cared greatly for the animals.

I HIGHLY recommend Liberty Acres Pet Services to anyone who is in need of pet transport. Even though I’m thousands of miles away, I had peace of mind knowing my babies were safe and taken care of.

We used Ann to bring over our precious pup from Arkansas to northern Cal and she was the best! She had such a rough day due to flight cancellations and delays but she never complained. So, there's a lot that can be said about my feelings for Liberty Acres, but I'll try to be brief - I tend to ramble! Basically, they're the best. John and Ann Rooster Langle are superb people, so kind and so generous of heart. They love dogs (duh, they breed German Shepards!) and they took the best care of my puppy when they brought her to me this March. This is my first experience with pet-transport, and honestly I was expecting something not unlike dealing with an airline customer service. But Ann and John are the complete opposite! They were flexible, and kept me updated every step of the way and the best bit (of many best bits) is they were early!!! The price wasn't unreasonable at all - I didn't feel over charged or scalped, and for safely driving my beautiful puppy all the way from Wichita to NYC and treating her with the love I would want, I'd pay it again and again! I truly believe that if I lived in Arkansas or even a neighboring state, and had to leave my puppy in a boarding house I'd take her to Liberty Acres! There it is: my (rambling) ⭐️ 10 star review!

Choosing to get our puppy delivered by a puppy service was something new to me, but I knew I would not have time to drive 10 hours to pick her up! Ann was very knowledgeable and and made sure she provided me with enough information so that I felt comfortable. John delivered our dog and that process was very easy as well. I was able to track his location and share my location so that he would be able to find where I was! He was very pleasant and allowed me to film a video of him driving up and delivering our puppy. I would highly recommend!
