Thank you for considering Liberty Acres to care for your dog(s). All dogs that stay at Liberty Acres stay in a home like environment with us and are loved as our own. We have several fenced in yards to separate dogs by size and activity level. Dogs can run and play in safety with the other dogs throughout the day. For our senior dogs, they have the luxury of staying inside to rest rather than being outside a lot. We let dogs play together outside only when we are present and the weather allows! We have plans for adding an indoor play area in 2022!

At night and during feeding times, each dog has their own space away from the other dogs in an appropriate sized kennel. We send photos/videos and give text updates to all our pet parents throughout the stay.

All dogs that stay at Liberty Acres must be current on the following:

1. Core vaccines (or have current titers)
2. Rabies vaccine
3. Dewormed
NOTE: First-time stay guests must have a CURRENT negative fecal test from vet (within 6 months of stay date)
4. Bordetella vaccine (MUST be administered more than 2 weeks before stay)

We will need to see or have a copy of their most recent vet visit and proof of current vaccines, bordetella, deworming, and rabies BEFORE arrival.

Note: we will not accept any pet without proper documentation. All dogs must be free of fleas and ticks because we don't want any unwanted guests at our place.

All dogs must be non-aggressive and play well with other dogs. All dogs must be approachable and allow us to hold and handle them without biting or growling. If your dog has never been boarded before or is over 80lbs, please let us know and a doggy daycare stay may be required before boarding appointments are scheduled. All dogs must be comfortable staying in a kennel overnight.

At this time, we can not accommodate dogs over 100lbs (unless grandfathered in) and we no longer accept un-neutered males over 80lbs (unless otherwise arranged). Female dogs in heat can not stay until their cycle has ended.

If your dog(s) meet all these criteria, then they are more than welcome to stay with us at Liberty Acres.

We fill up fast thru the summer months and holidays so we recommend scheduling 2 weeks ahead to ensure spots for your dog(s).

We send photos, videos, and give daily updates to all our pet parents. Also, we are insured through State Farm.

🐾Additional dogs $20 each 
🐾$20 charge for Sunday drop off/pick up(morning only between 9-12)
🐾Daycare (9 hrs or less) $20
🐾Farm/house call $25
🐾Additional $5 nightly fee un-fixed dogs over 8 months

🐾$50 cancellation fee if canceled less than 48 hrs

🐾There is no charge for administering oral or topical medicine, or giving insulin injections.

 

First time stay must be paid in full at drop off, cash, check, or Venmo is accepted. No cards at this time.
